We discuss your requirements and jointly formulate a brief or give you feedback on the brief itself. The agreed brief is the basis for our identification and selection process of qualified interim managers.
#Identification and Selection Process
The most qualified candidates are contacted by us for their interest and availability in the assignment. Personal interviews are then conducted and the profiles of the very best forwarded to you. You then decide who you want to see. We attend the interviews, after which you decide who you want to hire. After all contractual details have been settled, and we assist you in this process, the assignment starts.
Interim Partner maintains regular contact throughout the assignment with both the client and interim manager.
