After your assignment, the hiring process is as follows:

#Needs Analysis

We discuss with you the requirements of the task at hand and formulate a specific requirement profile. This profile serves as the basis for our identification and selection process of suitable interim managers.

#Identification and Selection

After researching the interim managers suitable for the task, we conduct corresponding personal interviews and provide you with the profiles of potential candidates. Based on the documentation, you decide who you want to see. We then present these candidates in person to you. The optimal candidate is taken on board by you, once the contractioal arrangements have been finalized.

#support during the mandate

During the mandate, Interim Partner maintains contact with both the interim manager, and your company.
